Hussar Games’ “For Liberty!” is a turn based strategy game covering the American Revolutionary War from 1775 - 1783 and the Hungarian Rakoczi Independence War from 1703 to 1711.

For Liberty! is a weekly turn based game covering North American east coast and the Carpathian Basin in Central Europe The map will change as the seasons go by. There are 16 unit types of 5 nations included, each in authentic uniforms.

Leaders are rated and can have up to three 3 special abilities with over 16 to choose from.
16 different unit types: dragoon, infantry, rifleman, militia, indians, hussars, etc.
7 stances on the strategic map: defense, attack, rest, siege, retreat, routed and training.
4 kind of formations on the tactical map: skirmish, column, line and routed.
Realistic depiction of battles, units will not fight to the last man, battles are won by routing the enemy army from the field.
Towns can be pillaged to gain supply at the cost of losing production.
Multiplayer capability: hot-seat, PBEM and TCP/IP.
Players can select basic ruleset for new players and advanced ruleset for veterans.
Players can select between 3 different difficulty levels.
